Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

Support and deliver network infrastructure services such that Decisive Group can provide high quality, reliable offerings to employees, clients and partners.
\nDevelop gap analysis assessments, supporting technical documentation, and solutions for networking infrastructure environments. Then present them to key stakeholders and lead their execution.
\nPlan, present and execute on technical changes using a change management process.
\nExecute network changes with a comprehensive mindset, with high attention to detail and consideration of both technical dependencies and customer impact.
\nNetwork monitoring and capacity planning.
\nContribute to and\/or lead large scale projects as well as divisional expansion projects.
\nProduce and maintain timely, accurate engineering documentation.
\nDocument and communicate all technical work via a ticketing system.
\nEvaluate and identify opportunities for IT Infrastructure performance and functionality improvement within the enterprise estate.
\nParticipate in a on call rotation.
\nCross train with other team members and company departments to develop skills in 3rd party software used in the Decisive group environments.
\nUpskill on 3rd party software necessary for the operations of Decisive Group.
\nComplete operational break fix\/care and feeding tasks for both network and application platforms essential to the operations of Decisive Group.
\nParticipate in the development efforts to further bring automation into the Decisive group technical environments.
\nBe responsible for compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
\nIntegrate technical expertise with communication, leadership, and business skills in a team environment.
\nRegularly liaise with client service teams, service desks and 3rd line engineers.<\/p>\n

Essential Technical Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

Strong networking knowledge and skills (VXLAN, FabricPath, TCP\/IP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, NSX)
\nDemonstrate a mastery of the concepts and theory within a of the following areas: IT Infrastructure, Cloud computing, Networking, Unified Communications, Hosting and Project Management.
\nStrong Troubleshooting skills.
\nStrong skill set in Cisco Networking technologies.
\nAbility to maintain and administer WAN and internal networking topologies.
\nContribute to the programmability of the infrastructure, primarily based on the following toolset:Python
\nAnsible
\nWeb Technologies (Javascript, HTML\/CSS, Django,AJAX)
\nOther Scripting skills will be an advantage<\/p>\n

Essential Non Technical Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines
\nAbility to demonstrate a strong customer centric approach and excellent communications skills.
\nKeep abreast of industry trends and makes architecture roadmaps and or recommendation based on these trends.
\nTeam player, openness to share information, curious, a desire to learn and grow both within the domain of networking skills and other technologies.
\nSecret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain from Decisive Group<\/p>\n

Experience Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

A minimum of 5 years of work experience in this field or a related industry.<\/p>\n

A demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks on a daily basis.<\/p>\n
